Warning Bars.

Hey forumers, I activated some warning bars, you can go to your profile and see them.
And no you can't change the warning bar only a moderator or an administrator can.
So behave yourself's guys, now moderators can ban. ;P

Yes that is exactly right. If they break the rules, lower their bar. If you read the rules. You'll know when to lower the bars. ;P Also you can't lower down the moderator's bars.
